Join the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership for Breakfast with Balloons, our annual morning fundraiser held alongside Pagosa’s hot air balloon festivities. Watch colorful balloons drift over the San Juan River while enjoying a farm-to-table breakfast, mimosas, and live music from Totally Happy Campers.
Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, find a cozy spot along the Riverwalk, and settle in for a beautiful morning with friends and community. Enjoy breakfast with one of the best views in town—all while supporting GGP and the care of our greenhouse domes.

Farmer’s Egg Bites
Potato crust, Kerrygold cheese & baby greens, served with crispy bacon and breakfast sausage.
Vegetarian egg bites will also be available.

Also available as a parfait with coconut-chia pudding and gluten-free granola with toasted coconut.

Breakfast with Balloons is a fundraiser for the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership. All proceeds directly support the care and upkeep of our greenhouse domes and help GGP continue providing education, demonstration, local food production, and community programming in Pagosa Springs.
